Canadian Vehicle Register

 

The Canadian Register keeps a database of World War 2 Canadian Ex-military vehicles. Our new web-site contains information about CMP vehicles, British & Canadian vehicle markings, on-line workshop manuals, reader's restoration articles and photos, galleries from military vehicle events, adverts and much more.

We are a registered charity and one of the fastest growing military vehicle associations in the UK, with well over 250 members. Essex HMVA has a diverse membership whose collections cover all time periods, with vehicles ranging from push bikes, motorcycles, Jeeps, Land Rovers and lorries through to artillery and tanks. We also welcome non-vehicle owning members who may take part in living history events, military collectors or military historians. Although we are based in Essex, you do not have to live in Essex to join us we have members from all over the UK, as well as Europe too.

Green Mountain Military Vehicle Club (GMMVC)

 

Dedicated to military enthusiasts interested in the restoration, preservation, and safe operationof historic military vehicles. GMMVC is committed to providing New Englanders with opportunities for learning about the role these "steel soldiers" played in the protection of our freedom, as well as a chance to see rolling history close-up. GMMVC comprises over 80 members and 200 historic military vehicles. We provide an experienced, friendly support structure to those wishing to restore a historic military relic, as well as a number of fun events where these vehicles can be displayed.

The International Military Vehicle Collectors Club is an Italian organization dedicated to the military vehicles preservation, collection and restoration. The IMVCC was born in 1980 as the Italian Chapter of the american MVPA, currently has more than 600 affiliated members and 3.000 registered military vehicles The IMVCC publishes every 3 months the magazine "Army Motors Italia", on a yearly base holds the Italian Convention and gives all the possible support to the other Italian events.

Dedicated to the acquisition, restoration, preservation, safe operation, public education and display of historic military transport. The MVCC is the largest regional MV club in the U.S., based in Northern / Central California and boast members from many states and even overseas. We produce the largest annual MV show and vendor event in the Western U.S.: Camp Delta at Tower Park in April, with a smaller version in September.

The MVT is the world's largest military vehicle group, dedicated to the preservation and restoration of all types of ex-military vehicles, no matter what age, size or nationality. Our members exhibit their vehicles, often with associated equipment, take part in living history events and attend commemorations. Quadriga - Luxembourg Historic Military Vehicle Collectors. A non-profit association,based in Walferdange, and was founded in 1984 by a small group of historical military vehicle enthusiasts, in possession of some original vehicles soon started to bring them back in the original livery and in olive green drab.

Rolling Thunder The Vietnam Experience

We are a large group who collect and restore vehicles from the Vietnam period. Among our vehicles we have Two replica Guntrucks which are the only ones in the UK and we believe that one of them is the only known type in the world, this makes us very unique in the military vehicle world. We also re-enact many different units from the Vietnam War. The group has won many awards at shows and we are renowned for our quality displays, Rolling Thunder has also helped with the making of TV programmes as well as putting on displays for the US Marines and US Air Force.

Tired Iron Military Vehicle Club

 

Tired Iron Military Vehicle Club was founded in 1993 by a handful of MVenthusiasts that wanted a place to gather and help each other with therestoration and maintenance of their vehicles. We are located in EastTennessee, U.S.A. We attend about twenty events annually and have greatsupport from our community. We provide a rolling, living, and interactivehistory of Military Vehicles. We also try to provide information concerningthe restorations of our past, current, and future vehicles with pictures andvideo.
