Electric workshop crane made by the Yale & Towne MFG.Co from Philladelphia USA.
It is a very rare piece of equipment as I found out trying to find information on it.
Even the Yale heritage centre in North Carolina could barely help me out.
Its running on 36 to 48 volts and now has 4 new deep cycle batteries.
A original seperate cell battery set-up can be aranged upon request. Lifting capacity is 6000 lbs / 3 Tons. Total weight of this crane is 13.600 lbs. Chassis lenght 138 ". Widht 63 "and height with the boom lowered is 71 ".
It steers on all 4 wheels and is in great working shape.
I wouldn't say its the perfect birthday / christmas gift but it certainly is a very nice and rare piece of history.
