1949 series 1 80" Land Rover with early fish plate chassis, fitted with a later MOE reconditioned 2 litre simese bore engine.
First registered with the Ministry of Supply 23 October 1948. Served with Middle East Land forces in Libya with the10th Armoured Division. Transferred to Near East Land Forces Cyprus and sold off in September 1962.
Civil history not known.
Recently sympathetically re-commissioned to reflect a recent army demob and re-registered with the DVLA.

It has just completed a round trip of 667 miles to the series 1 Land Rover club National meet.
