1940’s Weekender ‘1940s Weekender’ returns for our 4th annual event at ex-40s RAF station Sleap Airfield, nr Shrewsbury SY4 3HE. 40’s nostalgia for all the family to enjoy. Armourfest at Norfolk Tank Museum It's our big weekend of the year. Welcoming military vehicle enthusiasts/owners and members of the public alike, giving a fantastic photo and networking opportunity as well as an awesome family day out watching vehicle displays including main battle tanks, armoured scout cars and military Land Rovers with plenty of time as well to enjoy the museum and other attractions available on the day.
