A very rare 109" armoured car built by Glover Webb Hamble in 1983 and U.K. registered in January1984.
This must be one of the last Series 3 to be made with Vin number SALLBCAH2AA104339.
Last MOT was 2007 and it has stood since.
The vehicle runs and drives but it will need a full brake overhaul and a bit of welding. It will need recommissioning. It has covered 40000 miles. It has a 2.25 Petrol Engine and I have fitted a new steering lock.
Purchased as a cancelled order for South Africa by the only owner who used it as a armoured pay wagon it was one of believed 2 made for the diamond mines and payroll. I have been around the block with it and it seems to drive fine, Air con is not working so its a bit stuffy inside.
The L/H door hinge is also broken. It is on the key with a battery. I have no time to get involved with it and it needs a new home. A true collectors vehicle.
