and styles that may be included in the Site. MILWEB's

and the data contained therein is the intellectual property
of MILWEB and may not be
copied or reproduced in whole or part without the express written permission
of the principles. Advertising Conditions MILWEB
welcomes advertisements for all military vehicles, spares, military surplus
items and militaria, plus related businesses services and suppliers. MILWEB
reserves the right to amend, edit or refuse any advertisement
without giving any reason and reserves to withdraw any advertisement without
prior notice or refund. All commercial advertising
placed in MILWEB is paid for by the person,
firm or other entity named in the advertising. That person, firm or other
entity has sole and complete responsibility for the advertising placed.
We will use our reasonable endeavors to ensure that all advertisements are entered on the MILWEB site as quickly as reasonably possible. Contractual periods (if applicable) will be deemed to run from the date that an advert is uploaded onto MILWEB. All advertisements received by MILWEB for publication are accepted on the understanding that the advertiser submitting the advertisement has full rights to the content of their proposed advertisement, including appropriate Copyright of material, assignment of Moral Rights etc, necessary for MILWEB to reproduce the same in an advertisement, and these are assigned without charge to MILWEB for the sole purpose of advertising in MILWEB. The advertiser shall be responsible for any breaches of this condition, and shall indemnify MILWEB fully in this respect. MILWEB shall not be responsible for any act, omission or error in connection with any advertisement. MILWEB
is a UK based company and subsequently is operated under the jurisdiction
of English Law.
MILWEB
accepts adverts for de-activated and certain blank firing collectors firearms
and weapons -however we reserve the right to refuse,edit or withdraw such
adverts without prior notice. The advert MUST state that the weapon is
deactivated. We will not accept
adverts for live weapons, ammunition, pyrotechnics, explosives or instruments
of torture. Nor will we accept adverts for body armour or any items we
deem to be inappropriate. Sellers should ensure that they have (if required by local law) the appropriate permits to hold,sell and export such items and that they have taken all reasonable steps to ensure that the prospective purchaser is over 18 years old and is legally entitled to purchase such items. Your attention is
drawn to take notice that regulations do vary from county to country and
in the USA regulations vary from State to State. You should familiarise
yourself with local regulations and we strongly recommend that you contact
appropriate government agencies. MILWEB
regrets that we are unable to enter into any correspondence or to offer
any advice or opinions on such matters. Whilst MILWEB
uses its reasonable endeavors to ensure the accuracy and authenticity
of all advertisements and information placed on MILWEB,
we can accept no liability for the accuracy of information published,
suitability for purpose or quality of goods or services offered, guarantee
of ownership or legality, nor for any consequential loss or damages which
may result therefrom. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to satisfy
themselves in all aspects of their purchase, including but not limited
to suitability for purpose, quality of goods or services offered, guarantee
of ownership including outstanding credit agreements etc, or legality
of goods or services, payment or delivery issues, all matters for which
MILWEB will
not be held responsible. Due to the new legislation
of the Violent
Crime Reduction Act 2006 MILWEB is currently unable to accept adverts
from private advertisers for Blank Firing, Replica and Imitation Firearms.
We can however include adverts from those trade advertisers who have registered
with MILWEB. Such items can only be sold to those who can prove compliance
with the act and meet its criteria for exemption. These uses include Museums,
TV and film productions and the organisation and holding of historical
re-enactments and those who are Crown exempt. Buying or Selling something overseas? READ THIS!! Export Licences Buyers and sellers should be aware that the purchase of some items, including de-activated weapons,may be subject to regulation and licensing conditions. The buyer should ensure that he has been granted the appropriate approval to purchase and own such items. If you are intending to export military
items, including some items which are classified as antiques, it is likely
