Land Rover 90.
This vehicle has been unused and stored on my premises since release from the Ministry of Defence in 2000.
When it was released it was mechanically A1.
The Land Rover starts easily and runs well and short road test shows that the gearbox and transmission seem fine, the clutch hydraulics have been renewed.
It has not been registered but comes with the MOD 654 form.
It is totally original and unmolested and shows 47, 000 kilometres, which ties up with the release form.
The body panels are very tidy for a military land rover.
The chassis has surface rust but with one exception seems totally solid from the front to the rear including the outriggers.
The only serious corrosion is on the nearside front as shown in the photograph. the bulkhead needs renovation, however, included in the sale are a set of brand new parts to complete the task.
This is a restoration project and if carried out properly would result in a very original low mileage Military land Rover.
Additional photographs are available. an inspection pit is also available should you wish to see the underside.
