I bought this is 2018 from Nick Matthews in Sussex.
During the period of his ownership it had gone through a complete restoration which included 12v conversion and the fitting of Ambulance diffs which gives it noticeably longer legs on a run.
It also has free wheeling hubs.
Whilst I have owned it I have regularly attended the D-day celebrations in Normandy along with the 75th Arnhem celebrations in Holland.
This particular truck was part of an order of 10,000 placed with the Chrysler Corporation in Canada after D-Day being produced between July - November 1944.
There is also the pioneer rack that fits to the tailgate, I have taken off for ease of opening.
