Rare Dodge D ¾ APT/WP

After army release it ended up at a collector who put it into storage for a few decades.
It looks like a regular Dodge WC 52 but it is a very rare airportable Dodge which had to fit in a C47 Dakota.
It has a bigger engine and the engine was prepared to wade thru water. Hence the canvas flap on the radiator and cut-out in the hood for a snorkel.
The cargo bed was smaller as a regular Dodge WC 52, this to make the turn into the plane when loading it.
One of the rarest military Dodges. Hard to find and especially as good as this one.
Never restored, no rot, very solid truck, matching nr engine, original wooden floor etc. ID plates are present.
Never civilian regsitered.
The engine turns when you put a battery in it. Easy to put back on the road.
